Jeewan Project: Perfect Harmony Between Modernity and Tradition

Jeewan Villas are part of the Deerat Al Oyoun project, developed by Diyar Al Muharraq; in cooperation with the Ministry of Housing under the Mazaya Social Housing Scheme that offers Bahraini citizens affordable housing solutions.

Jeewan is characterized by its strategic location near the main entrance of Diyar Al Muharraq, and in proximity to some key facilities in the integrated city. The neighborhood is complimented by convenient access to Hadiqat Al Diyar, Marassi Beach, Shopping centers such as Souq Al Baraha and Marassi Galleria, and is only a few minutes away from Dragon City Bahrain and Thai Mart. 

Jeewan: The Villas

Jeewan offers three types of villas, the Modern Tropical, French Chateau, and the Classical Art Deco villas, all of which combine traditional and modern architectural designs, and are aimed to suit a variety of different tastes.

Jeewan project includes approximately 450 villas which are designed and master-planned to share and embrace the spirit of the growing community of the largest integrated city in Bahrain.

In order to provide necessary facilities for the well-being of its community, and balance between the residential, commercial, recreational, and healthcare facilities, Diyar Al Muharraq, is constructing a mosque which will be located in the Jeewan residential project. Moreover, it is building sports fields, a community center, a retail center and a play area for kids.
