Diyar Al Muharraq

Manama, Bahrain - 08 February 2023: Diyar Al Muharraq, the largest real estate development company in the Kingdom of Bahrain, has announced its support of the Bahrain Real Estate Investment Exhibition 2023 organized by Expressions Media, as its official sponsor. The event, which is being held under the patronage of His Excellency Shaikh Salman bin Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa, President of the Survey and Land Registration Bureau (SLRB) and Chairman of the Board Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), from 9 to 11 February 2023 at City Centre Bahrain. The exhibition aims to highlight Bahraini companies that play a prominent role in the development of the local real estate sector by shedding light on various real estate projects and connecting investors with developers and brokers under one roof.

Over the course of three consecutive days, Diyar Al Muharraq will showcase key projects as part of its Masterplan, including the residential project Al Naseem, which is located in the heart of Diyar Al Muharraq and extends over an area of 328,000 sqm featuring stunning sea views of the water canal. Al Naseem consists of two areas: a first-of-its-kind gated residential community of over 300 villas with canal-view and 500 uniquely-designed apartments equipped with the latest facilities and services. The second area, a non-gated neighborhood, includes 500 apartments in buildings featuring exquisite designs.
