Diyar Al Muharraq, the largest real estate development company in the Kingdom of Bahrain, announces the commencement of secondary infrastructure works on residential building plots, B3, from January to the third quarter of 2023. With Jahecon appointed, as the main contractor, and AECOM, as the designer and supervisor, works on the project will include: construction of the inner road and secondary infrastructure services such as road lighting, sewage and rainwater networks, electricity and water networks, as well as telecommunications networks in partnership with BNET.
The B3 project, consisting of 38 units with sizes ranging between 454 m² to 979 m², offers the ideal investment opportunity with an array of benefits and features in line with its strategic location in proximity to Diyar Al Muharraq’s main entrance, Marassi Al Bahrain, and Al Naseem. Moreover, the project offers close access to hotels, mosques, community centres, stores and malls.
