Diyar Al Muharraq Announces Completion of Secondary Infrastructure Works on Mozoon

Diyar Al Muharraq, the largest real estate development company in the Kingdom of Bahrain, announced the completion of secondary infrastructure works in Mozoon. Works began towards the end of August last year, and was completed within twelve months, at the end of August 2022, in accordance with the timeline.

Launched in March 2021, Mozoon comprises Diyar Al Muharraq’s recent freehold schemes, and this latest milestone signifies the completion of the project’s basic infrastructure. Comprised of residential waterfront plots overlooking the City’s main water canal as well as inner plots reflective of a modern city life, Mozoon is available for potential buyers with plots starting at 320 sqm.

Diyar Al Muharraq appointed Hafeera Contracting as the main contractor on all secondary infrastructure works on Mozoon; and Aecom as the supervising consultant overseeing the project. Works were successfully completed within twelve months, and included the paving and lighting of roads, the extension of electricity and telecommunications systems as well as sewage and rainwater systems, in addition to the construction of power substations and the rehabilitation of drinking water.
