Diyar Al Muharraq, the leading real estate development company in the Kingdom of Bahrain, announced that it has commenced construction on the second phase of it residential project, Al Naseem, which faces the canal and is situated in the Middle North of the Southern Island. Construction began this April in collaboration with Ahmed Omer Trading & Contracting.
Phase 2 of Al Naseem will consist of more than 110 luxury villas overlooking the canal and spanning approximately 305 to 384 sqm. The project will include works on 6 types of villas. Works on this phase of the project are scheduled for completion during the fourth quarter of 2023.

Al Naseem spreads over approximately 328,000 square meters, with 5 km of breath-taking seafront views overlooking the inner and outer canal. Al Naseem’s villas have a variety of features including 3 to 4 bedrooms in addition to a number of essential facilities. The villas have direct access to the water canals as well as a private pool and an on-demand elevator.
