Manama, Bahrain – 26 February 2026: Diyar Al Muharraq has secured the leading position for value of sales transactions in the Kingdom, as part of the Q4 2025 Real Estate Market Report published by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA).
According to the report, Diyar Al Muharraq achieved a total of 196 sales transactions in the fourth quarter, generating a transaction value of BD 32.9 million, exceeding prominent areas within Bahrain. This achievement reinforces 20 years of growth, in which the company has contributed to shaping the local urban landscape through various strategic partnerships with leading public and private sector institutions.
Commenting on the milestone, Eng.
