Diyar Al Muharraq

Manama, Bahrain. March 2021: Diyar Al Muharraq, the largest real estate development company in the Kingdom of Bahrain, recently hosted the Italian Ambassador, H.E. Paola Amadei to the Kingdom of Bahrain, who was taken on a private tour of the integrated city and its various projects. The tour, which took place last Sunday March 14th, aimed to showcase the sheer diversity of Diyar Al Muharraq’s projects.
H.E. The Ambassador was received by Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Diyar Al Muharraq, Eng. Ahmed Ali Alammadi, alongside several representatives of the real estate development Company. The tour aimed to review the various residential and commercial projects of Diyar Al Muharraq, which represent a model for an integrated modern city with all its features.
The tour began at the sales center showcasing the masterplan of Diyar Al Muharraq as well as introducing the newly launched freehold residential plots project, Mozoon. Subsequently, H.E. Paola Amadei, was taken on a tour of the show villas of Al Naseem and Al Bareh. The residential tours aimed to showcase the diversity of the urban design of the villas and the international and sustainable environmental standards to which they were built under the supervision of major design and engineering companies. 
 H.E. Mrs. Amadei was then escorted on a tour of the Marassi Al Bahrain project, introducing both its residential and recreational facilities. This was followed by a trip to Dragon City Bahrain, one of the top retail destinations in the heart of the City, and a brief overview of Diyar Al Muharraq various facilities was also given, such as the commercial complexes, recreational areas, green parks, and sandy beaches, to name a few. 
The Italian Ambassador, H.E. Mrs. Paola Amadei, expressed her enthusiasm in visiting the integrated city of Diyar Al Muharraq, reflecting upon its incredible urban infrastructure, praising the quality of the city’s urban development and various distinctive real estate solutions, services and facilities offered to the visitors and residents alike. In addition, H.E. positively remarked on the architectural design throughout the city, which blended traditional and modern elements, and embraced the spirit of Bahraini heritage, ultimately preserving the warm values of the Kingdom of Bahrain and its welcoming society.  The Ambassador also pointed out the distinctive location of Diyar Al Muharraq and its proximity to many major destinations, making it a wonderful place for residents and tourists.
Commenting on the Italian Ambassadors visit, Diyar Al Muharraq CEO, Eng. Ahmed Ali Alammadi, stated, “We are delighted to welcome H.E. Italian Ambassador, Mrs. Paola Amadei on a private tour of Diyar Al Muharraq, through which we were able to showcase various housing, retail, commercial, and tourism projects, and demonstrate the sheer potential of the city as an ideal destination for investment and leisure alike. This visit comes as an extension to the ongoing foreign relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of Italy, which have cultivated positive and mutually beneficial partnerships spanning across various industry sectors, and as such we look forward to cultivating future partnerships with Italian companies in the development of Diyar Al Muharraq.”
