DIYAR AL MUHARRAQ will also have specific focus on the welfare of not only its residents but also the local community at large. The project has already shown its commitment to the local community by extending financial aid for numerous community welfare initiatives. Rather than being a standalone community that has little or no interaction with its surroundings, DIYAR AL MUHARRAQ aims to extend its social as well as economic relevance to the Kingdom of Bahrain as a whole. Beginning from the way the project aims to bring affordable housing to the masses, it also aims to contribute towards the Kingdom’s economy in the long run. As a community that will potentially house more than 10% of Bahrain’s total population, DIYAR AL MUHARRAQ aims to positively contribute towards the Kingdom’s economic development vision for the future.
