Right from the outset, DIYAR AL MUHARRAQ was planned as an eco-friendly initiative.

Work procedures and company policies have left no stone unturned to make sure that the project keeps its environmental impact at a bare minimum.  A substantial part of the project’s cost has been allocated for the conservation of marine life and the quality of air at the project site. DIYAR AL MUHARRAQ is perhaps the only such project in the Kingdom that has a clear strategy in place for environmental conservation and has included this as one of the key components of its vision document. DIYAR AL MUHARRAQ as a project will no doubt be a colossal one, but its scale doesn’t undermine the need to conserve and sustain the ecological balance in and around it. The environmental initiatives currently undertaken by DIYAR AL MUHARRAQ are aimed to bring large-scale environmental advantages to its future residents as well as other local community groups.
